General Terms and Conditions Every adult and child aged 3 years and older must have their own ticket. Admission to the event is free, but you must reserve a ticket in advance to enter. Agree and adhere to the Public Decency Regulations Agree and adhere to venue health and safety rules and regulations. Ticket holders may be subject to search and seizure of dangerous or banned objects. The event organizer or security detail holds the right to confiscate items deemed dangerous or harmful to the event. The ticket holder, in his capacity as a venue attendee, agrees to the photographs, videos and recorded sound clips that may be published on the Internet. The event organizer is not responsible for the physical injuries, illnesses or death of any visitor (including the ticket holder) or the loss or damage of the property for reasons caused by or related to the activity. The event organizer maintains the right to prevent entry or extract persons it deems in violation of the event rules. Event organizer maintains the right to request visitor information as confirmation, and in which case a valid national ID or Iqama shall be presented. In order to obtain tickets for People of Disability, the People of Disability Card must be shared and verified with the Discover Culture customer support team. All events are inclusive of VAT. Re-sale of this ticket is strictly prohibited. Ticket holder must abide by their assigned seat number or section (if available). Ticket holder is responsible for checking the date of the event, its time and place and the age allowed to attend the event. The ticket holder must also arrive early at the location of the event, and the event organizer has the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and in this case the ticket holder may not demand a refund of the ticket price or replacement of any type. 14. Terms of Exchange 14.1. The ticket has not been used. 14.2. The full order must be changed, and not only a part of the order. 14.3. Exchange requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. 14.4. In the case of price difference between the existing and new ticket, the ticket holder is responsible for payment of any difference in price between tickets. 14.5. Only a single exchange is permitted. 15. Terms of Refund 15.1. In the condition that the event is canceled, postponed, or event date changed, the payment will be refunded within 14 days or more according to the payment method used when booking. 15.2. No refunds will be issued after the event start time. 15.3. Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. 15.4. If a refund is requested due to a medical condition, a copy of the medical report must be provided. 15.5. If a refund is requested due to a flight cancellation or postponement, a copy of the flight reservation must be provided. 15.6. At the ticket holder’s request, the amount will be refunded within 14 days or more according to the payment mechanism used.
